The onset of COVID-19 has taken us all by surprise with its insidious rapid rate of infection and it has introduced a new dynamic in our lives that may just become the new norm; social distancing and isolation. There is also an urgent, critical unmet need for COVID-19 elderly monitoring that was compounded by the nationwide quarantining and scarce caregiver resources. Marshaling the resources of our innovative design and supply chain teams, we have pivoted and re-purposed our product development efforts to address the COVID-19 pandemic. In order to help mitigate the risk of the pandemic, we developed an advanced wireless sensor suite that is capable of monitoring the welfare of senior people, with real-time alerts and the far more reaching solution of social distancing and isolation. As a proudly Canadian company, we are excited that our technology will be a part of the forces fighting the COVID-19 pandemic in Canada.
